Location: Freehold, New Jersey
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (with extension opportunities)

The Physical Therapist will deliver skilled therapy services to help patients restore function, mobility, and independence. You’ll evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with facility guidelines and patient‑centered care standards.
Responsibilities- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate
- Develop and modify individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of all services
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as required
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams and family members
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active New Jersey PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs and facility environments
