A leading senior living community in Freehold, NJ is looking for a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join their team on a per diem basis. This role focuses on providing holistic care to residents within their gated community. Responsibilities include implementing personal care plans and collaborating with a clinical team. Candidates must have a valid state Physical Therapy license and experience with older adults, preferably in a home care setting.

Competitive per diem rate of $55 per hour offered.
