Position Title:
Counselor / Therapist

- New patient intake and orientation
- Conduct initial assessment of patient problems and needs and report to the clinical team to initiate treatment planning
- Conduct individual sessions
- Facilitate groups with patients
- Address patient concerns and help eliminate the possibility of AMA
- Provide case management
- Provide tours for prospective patients and their families as requested
- Document in patient medical record
- Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
- Mental Health license or certification, clean and active
- New graduates welcome
- Experience conducting group sessions
- Flexibility and willingness are great attributes
- Full Time
- M, W, F 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- T, Th 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Hourly rate competitive with experience and location
