- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to improve forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate monthly reporting submissions
- Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on project performance trends
- Support headcount planning and resource management across departments
- Collaborate with account teams to improve financial visibility and streamline finance workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
- Strong month-end close experience including journal entries and reconciliations
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
- Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
