* About the Role:

** We are looking for a financial analyst to join our team. This individual will ensure ongoing analysis of local production performance and efficiencies. He or she will be the financial liaison with project engineering to ensure accurate and timely management of asset capitalization. He or she will perform general accounting functions such as journal entries and audit compliance as required.##

* Main Responsibilities:

** INDUSTRIAL COSTS/ANALYSIS
• Analyzes Overhead spend and prepares many general accounting types of analysis for corporate audit requirements.

• Ensure ongoing analysis of progress and variance of resources used in production and production efficiency (includes materials, labor, overtime)
MONTH END
• Execute Month-end close procedure, which includes preparing specific period end cost journal entries and related schedules adhering to company guidelines and GAAP  
• Cross functional Partner with Maintenance, Administration, and Central to meet Group close timelines (Local and Central level)
COSTING/BUDGET
• Regularly monitor the expenses on cost centers and WBS  
• Regularly monitor the expenses on cost centers and WBSCAPEX AND FIXED ASSET REGISTER
• Monitor and prepare regular (monthly) reporting on the capital project WIP   
• Perform needed activities in SAP to prepare and maintain the capex WBSWORK ANALYSIS
• Preparation of specific budget progress reports pertaining to (product transformation, OVH, energy, equipment depreciation, destructions, etc.).  
• Coordinat and assist Month-end Reporting Package Preparation.

PRELIMINARY BUDGET
• Preparation of all necessary information for availability of preliminary budget

BUDGET PREPARATION
• Assist in preparing and inputting budget

FINAL ANALYSIS (MONTH/YEAR END)
• Monitor variations in costs and share significant shifts with various Departments and Head of the Production Unit;  
• Suggest necessary corrective actions to realign within budgetREPORTING
• Preparation of internal reports and reports for local production facility and other Ferrero units as needed.

MONTHLY VARIANCES
• Create database for Monthly Variances##
** Who we are looking for:
*** Minimium 1 Year of Experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Knowledge of SAP
* Strong knowledge of Excel
* Knowledge of production process including phases, cycles, production models and Ferrero information systems related to production;
* Economics Background
* Understanding of Costing
* Experience in Inventory Control
* Experience in a Manufacturing environment##
