About the RoleOur client, a fast-growing eComm / Lifestyle company, is looking for a Head of Creative to join their team full-time. This will be a hybrid role with 3 days required in the office.
The Head of Creative will shape brand identity across multiple consumer categories while driving high-quality, high-velocity creative output. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on design expertise, ensuring that all creative assets (across brand, digital, print & more) are cohesive, compelling, and performance‑driven.
You will oversee the creative department, manage multiple large‑scale priorities simultaneously, and guide the development of world‑class creative that resonates with customers and drives business results.
What You'll Do Strategic Leadership- Define and evolve the overarching creative vision for a multi‑brand eCommerce lifestyle portfolio.
- Translate business goals into clear creative strategies that enhance brand equity and storytelling.
- Establish creative standards, systems, and processes that scale across brands and channels.
- Introduce and foster new ways for AI to enhance (not replace) workflows, output & creative support.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Digital, and Leadership to align on priorities and campaign direction.
- Provide direct creative direction and design support when needed, contributing to key projects and high‑visibility initiatives.
- Oversee creative development across branding, direct response, social content, email, web design, packaging, print, photography, and video.
- Ensure all creative assets remain on‑brand, high‑impact, and optimized for performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing creative team including designers, art directors, and external partners.
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and craftsmanship.
- Foster strong collaboration across departments to support launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Implement creative workflow systems, intake processes, and operational tools to improve efficiency and output.
- Establish quality benchmarks, review mechanisms, and feedback loops to maintain excellence across all deliverables.
- Leverage insights, testing, and performance data to refine creative strategy and execution.
- Senior‑level experience in creative leadership within consumer, lifestyle, or eCommerce‑driven environments.
- A portfolio demonstrating excellence across direct response, digital, brand, and content‑rich creative.
- Ability to lead high‑level creative strategy while rolling up your sleeves to support execution.
- Exceptional prioritization skills and proven success managing multiple large‑scale creative initiatives at once.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in fast‑paced environments.
