• Delegate service department repair orders to appropriate technicians depending on skill set
• Keep a detailed list of all repairs in progress to confirm expedited completion
• Keep service advisors and service manager updated on all repairs in progress
• Work with sales managers on all internal vehicle reconditioning work flow through the shop
• Work with QC associate to ensure all road testing and quality control checks are completed

• A minimum of three years experience in related position
• Strong communication skills and even demeanor
• Able to follow directions and goals
• Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
