Job Overview
Skillsoft Global Knowledge seeks an Enterprise Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) Account Executive to drive net‑new revenue and expand our ILT portfolio within key commercial accounts, including members of the Fortune 1000. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, partnering cross‑functionally to help our commercial customers transform their work forces through best‑in‑class instructor‑led training.

Responsibilities- Consult on customized training solutions that drive real impact
- Prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth
- Manage your sales pipeline and document activity daily
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close
- Stay ahead of industry trends to offer innovative learning solutions
- Collaborate and leverage subject‑matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment
- Foster and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders at the highest levels
- Develop and close new sales opportunities, consistently driving demand and increasing revenue
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience selling SaaS or strategic services products into enterprise accounts
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and additional sales and prospecting tools
- Demonstrated success selling complex deals with strong prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
- Experience selling into large, global organizations (6,000+ employees / Fortune 1000)
- Self‑starter with clear evidence of pipeline generation and territory ownership, thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth, and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitiveness, and a positive, winning attitude
- IT training / learning and development solutions experience
- Experience running structured sales processes using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
