The Flex Sales Associate role is a part-time position designed to fit your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in during peak hours to deliver exceptional fan experiences and support store operations. You’ll share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery.

The role focuses on delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually engaging and attracting our fans (customers).

• Engage authentically with fans to foster lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on-brand store operation.
• Support store operations and adapt to peak periods with varying schedules.
• All other duties as assigned.

• You are a results-oriented seller with strong communication skills.
• You can connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
• You are at least 18 years old and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds is a plus.
• Flexible schedule ranges from 4 hours per month in slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• You are reliable and willing to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
