Vice President, General Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring overall business success. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on sales execution—overseeing revenue generation, market development, customer relationships, business operations, and cross‑functional alignment. The Director ensures that sales strategies, operational processes, and organizational capabilities work together to deliver sustainable growth and an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do

Develop and execute the strategic plan for revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and customer penetration.

Lead annual business planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.

Manage financial performance across sales and operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Develop and support business planning, inventory management, KPIs, territory plans, and forecasting processes.

Lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost control, and business scalability.

Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑trust team culture focused on accountability and innovation.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

7–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management.

Experience driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, forecasting, and budgeting.
