Job Description

Our client is seeking the services of a Senior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to provide expert analysis, coordination, and guidance across multiple initiatives.

Desired Certifications
  • CBAP, PMI‑PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Skills
  • Experience managing or coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects involving business, technical, and vendor teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery (7+ years).
  • Proven ability to produce high‑quality business and technical documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, project plans, and risk registers (7+ years).
  • Experience working within recognized project management or business analysis methodologies such as BABOK, PMI, Agile, or Waterfall (7+ years).
  • Excellent facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English (7+ years).
  • Availability to commence work within two weeks of contract award and to dedicate the required level of effort for the full duration of the engagement.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years as a Business Analyst leading system replacement or modernization projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation support.

  • Experience in government or large enterprise settings, particularly those involving structured procurement and RFP processes, demonstrating understanding of public sector governance and reporting expectations.
  • Proposed approach and work plan for this engagement, including tools and methodologies for analysis, coordination, documentation, and reporting, demonstrating clarity, structure, and alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English), including experience delivering services, producing documentation, facilitating discussions, and engaging stakeholders in both official languages.
Responsibilities Current State Assessment and Analysis
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand existing processes, system functionality, and operational pain points.
  • Document workflows, data flows, system integrations, and dependencies to establish a clear understanding of the current environment.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to inform the requirements and solution design.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation
  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure alignment from requirements through to implementation.
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders and maintain version‑controlled documentation for approvals.
Solution Evaluation and Procurement Support
  • Support the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP), including drafting requirements, evaluation criteria, and supporting documentation.
