Role Overview
The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering cloud-based CRM initiatives within healthcare or social service environments. The role requires strong Agile delivery experience, bilingual communication skills (French and English), and the ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios aligned with organizational strategic objectives.

Mandatory Requirements
Education & Certification

• University degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
  OR
• An equivalent combination of a relevant college diploma and professional experience may be considered.

Language Proficiency

• High level of proficiency in both French and English
  , with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in professional and technical contexts.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies across the full lifecycle.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
  , managing multiple related projects aligned to organizational strategy, including:
  • Coordinating cross-project teams
  • Managing stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitating communication across diverse stakeholder groups

Senior IT Project Management Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior IT Project Manager delivering cloud-based CRM services projects

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Professional Certification

• Current certification in one or more of the following:

  • Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • PRINCE2
• Proof of certification and date achieved must be provided.

Agile Lifecycle Delivery

• 2+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies across:
  • Concept
  • Inception

  • Release phases
• Demonstrated capabilities through examples from previous work.
