Manager of Clinical Nutrition

Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is looking for a Manager of Clinical Nutrition to join our team. Horizon is seeking a strategic, innovative, detail-oriented individual to lead the provision of clinical nutrition services to patients and families across a variety of patient care settings with a strong commitment to patient-centered care, team collaboration, and service quality.

You have worked as a dietitian in a hospital setting for a minimum of 5 years. You have experience in clinical aspects of nutrition care, nutrition best practice, and are able to balance patient care expertise, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and departmental management. You have a working knowledge level in Microsoft Office applications.

A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with successful completion of an accredited internship program.

5‑7 years of related experience in this field.

• Provide leadership and direction to Clinical Nutrition staff, including Registered Dietitians, Dietetic Interns, and Clinical Nutrition Technicians
• Ensure clinical nutrition services are evidence‑informed, patient‑centered, and aligned with professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Promote consistent, high‑quality nutrition care across services
• Support clinical education and development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize nutrition care pathways and integrated service delivery
• Monitor budget, planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for Clinical Nutrition Service
