Bilingual Reservation Agent – French

As a Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions. They provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.

fully remote from New Brunswick OR Quebec
Hourly rate:
New Brunswick – $16.65
Quebec – $17.10
Contract – April to October 2026

• 6 months experience working in call center/customer service/reservations
• Fluent in English and French
• Able to work part time, with increased hours to full time during the summer

• Handling phone or chat inquiries from customers
• Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations for various parks agencies
• Answering questions about park availability and camping policies
• Helping customers navigate the reservation website Remaining polite and professional, and adhering to quality and efficiency standards
• Internal reporting & escalations
• Handling customer concerns about billing or complex issues with the help of the Customer Support Analyst team
• Reporting software or hardware functionality issues to the CSA team
