Position Overview:As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of NB Powers commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain service quality.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to speak and comprehend French and English is a must.
