Position Overview:As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of NB Powers commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the services offered.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information and assistance.

Handle and resolve customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service requests, and technical issues.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy when interacting with customers.

Document customer interactions, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and maintain service quality.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to show empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to speak and comprehend French and English is a must.
