Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and French to join our clients team in Fredericton, NB on a 6-month Contract basis. The role offers a competitive salary of $22.22 per hour and requires resolving customer inquiries, updating accounts, and maintaining positive customer relationships within established guidelines.

Pay rate: $22.22/hour.

Location: Fredericton, NB

Shifts: 6:00am-10:00pm | Open 7 days per week

Job type: 6-month Contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Resolve customer inquiries and update accounts.

Suggest products/services to meet customer needs.

Escalate calls when necessary.

Computer literacy and multitasking required.

Requirements:

1 year customer service experience.

Fluency in English and French.

Team player with high school diploma or equivalent.

Legally eligible to work in Canada.
