Momentum Design & Print Inc. -Customer Service Representative

Momentum Design & Print is looking for a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating positive experiences. This role suits someone who is naturally warm, outgoing, and energized by meaningful conversations with clients.

We are looking for someone who approaches each client with empathy, listens closely to understand their goals, and takes pride in helping them succeed. Strong organization and accuracy are essential. You will work with numbers when preparing quotes, entering orders, and assisting with inside sales. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask confidently in a busy environment are very important for success in this role.

In this position, you will help clients explore project options across our full range of services, including digital printing, wide format, swag, and branded apparel. You will prepare estimates, enter orders with precision, and stay connected with jobs as they move through production. You will collaborate closely with clients and our internal team to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure outcomes match expectations.
