Client Success Coordinator

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email communication
• Troubleshoot an array of security products and services
• Documentation of work orders, service reports and client interactions
• Update client accounts
• Coordinate service appointments, and manage and maintain service schedules
• Work closely with other departments to address client inquiries in a timely manner
• Order, receive, and distribute parts in the warehouse
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to facilitate productprocurement
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records, monitorstock levels
• Fulfill office needs, including cutting/duplicating keys utilizing keycutting machines, and building cores
• Maintain the office environment and perform general office administrative duties, including safety inspections and ordering office supplies
• Other duties as required

• Proficiency in software applications including Microsoft Office, CRMplatforms, and inventory management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with proven abilityto resolve issues effectively.
• Interest in technology and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot basictechnical issues.
• Experience with inventory management is considered an asset.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being acollaborative team player.

This is afull-time permanent position with an attractive compensation package includingbenefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. This is an in-officerole located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
