- Managing commercial roofing projects from planning to completion
- Coordinating schedules, labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and budget impacts
- Supporting estimating activities, takeoffs, and bid preparation
- Communicating with clients, consultants, vendors, and field teams
- Conducting site visits, inspections, and progress assessments
- Preparing project documentation, reports, and closeout packages
- Ensuring crews have the information, materials, and support required for reliable and high-quality execution
- Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.
- Experienced in project management, coordination, or construction leadership
- Safety-focused, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving
- A strong communicator who builds trust with crews, clients, and colleagues
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Motivated, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
- Comfortable working both in-office and on-site environments
