• Managing commercial roofing projects from planning to completion
• Coordinating schedules, labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress, quality, safety, and budget impacts
• Supporting estimating activities, takeoffs, and bid preparation
• Communicating with clients, consultants, vendors, and field teams
• Conducting site visits, inspections, and progress assessments
• Preparing project documentation, reports, and closeout packages
• Ensuring crews have the information, materials, and support required for reliable and high-quality execution
• Modeling our safety culture, following all company and regulatory safety requirements.

• Experienced in project management, coordination, or construction leadership
• Safety-focused, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving
• A strong communicator who builds trust with crews, clients, and colleagues
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Motivated, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
