Position Summary

The OTCHS Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking, scanning, and preparing OTC Health Solutions (OTCHS) product to fulfill customer orders. You will follow pick labels or RF devices, organize totes or pallets, and ensure every order is completed with precision. This role is critical in supporting timely fulfillment and maintaining strong customer service through accurate order selection.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick OTCHS merchandise using pick sheets, RF devices, or automated systems.
  • Scan items to verify correct product, quantity, and location.
  • Place selected items into totes or onto pallets following proper stacking and packing procedures.
  • Move completed orders to designated staging or conveyor areas.
  • Follow all OTCHS accuracy requirements to prevent mis‑picks and order errors.
  • Maintain clean and organized picking aisles; follow all housekeeping standards.
  • Rotate through OTCHS warehouse functions such as Packer, Inductor, Auto Bagger, Box Maker, and Runner as needed.
  • Communicate inventory issues such as shorts, overages, or mis‑slotted product to leadership promptly.
  • Support cross‑functional warehouse processes during high‑volume periods or staffing needs.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and performance expectations.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior Relevant Work Experience
  • 0–3 years required
  • 3–5 years preferred
Essential Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Regular, reliable attendance required.
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stair climbing.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs with a team lift.
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions with seasonal temperature changes.
  • Comfortable working around conveyors, pallet jacks, totes, and rolling equipment.
  • Ability to process information accurately and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork commitment.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior order selecting, OTCHS, or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to become certified on required warehouse equipment (pallet jack, walkie‑rider, etc.).

Pay Range

Typical Pay Range: $16.00 - $28.84. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
