Maintenance Technician – Fredericksburg

GO Car Wash, one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to install, repair and service equipment at multiple car wash locations. This role supports day‑to‑day maintenance while managing costs to provide a consistent, exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with leaders and site managers to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational, delivering a high‑quality car wash service to our customers.

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with air compressors, electrical, 3‑phase motors, VFDs, motor controls, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment.
• Forklift, welding and electrical experience and/or certification preferred, but not required.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
• Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities.
