We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Fredericksburg, VA markets and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Must be outgoing with great communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends at fairs, festivals, and home shows in and around the Fredericksburg area. This is a perfect job for teachers, retirees, and students. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team.

$15-18/hr plus $25 commission per demo. Essential Duties
  • Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events
  • Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
  • Book appointments
  • Maintain a professional appearance throughout event
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
  • Engage with passers‑by to draw them into the booth
  • Explain basic product features and benefits
  • Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments
  • Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator
Qualifications
  • Strong communications skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Available to work weekends
  • Home improvement event experience is a plus
  • Background in any home improvement business is a plus! If you have ever worked for a window company, gutter company, or solar company, we want to talk to you!
