Role OverviewJoin our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team as a 100% commission‑based sales professional. This 100% commission opportunity with residual income is perfect for motivated, self‑driven individuals seeking unlimited income potential and control over time and income.
Responsibilities- Conduct door‑to‑door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions.
- Educate business owners on cost savings and transaction streamlining.
- Close deals and earn activation bonus, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals.
- Work independently with full support and training.
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually.
- Residual income – paid monthly on active accounts.
- Flexible schedule – be your own boss.
- Sales training and mentorship provided.

- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
