K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. You will play a large role in the everyday decisions that help build dream homes for families around the country.

Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. You will also follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers, and shop the area competition.

• Learn all product offerings and sell homes.
• Secure contracts and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain the sales database.

• Shop competition in the area.

• No new home sales experience required.
• Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills—both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license.
