Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty) (T2175) s role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, supporting operations, and presenting merchandise in compelling visual formats.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and locate items in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the floor through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise from the fitting room and guest service to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first mindset.
• Retail knowledge including sales trends, inventory, pricing, promotions, and basic visual merchandising.
• Understanding of industry trends, style, seasonality, and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set, fill, and price the floor according to guest needs.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within time frames.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds; comfortable working at heights; able to climb ladders if required.
