Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. You support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed and represent AEO values.

• Process shipments and manage replenishment, markdowns and merchandising to move product efficiently.
• Keep the Stockroom organized and running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay in order.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it.
• Assist fellow team members with non stock‑related tasks or guest assistance whenever needed.
• Maintain safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor, follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
