We are seeking a reliable
** Order Selector
** to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you!
** Responsibilities
* ** Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
* Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
* Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
* Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
* Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
** Qualifications
* ** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
** Education
* ** High school diploma or equivalent required.

** The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $28.84

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  Our people fuel our future.
