Shift Lead – Reliable, hands‑on team members needed to keep shifts running smoothly while developing supervisory skills. Grow with a company that promotes from within.

As a Shift Leader you’ll be the reliable support our team counts on to keep operations smooth when managers aren’t present. You’ll assist with opening/closing procedures, guide team members through daily tasks, and help maintain high standards for customer service and efficiency.

• Benevolent go‑to when managers aren’t on site – keep team focused and operations running smoothly.
• Opening and closing following procedures.
• Maintain wash line efficiency while ensuring quality.
• Support sales with membership pitch techniques.
• Train new team members on basic operations.
• Handle minor customer service issues and escalated as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards met.

• Opening/Closing Expert: Lead setup and shutdown procedures.
• Customer Champion: Greet customers warmly; look for membership opportunities.
• Flow Master: Direct traffic to keep wash line moving efficiently.
• Standard Keeper: Ensure team follows procedures while maintaining quality and safety.

• Dependant go‑to: you step up when the team needs help.
• Natural with people: welcome customers and support teammates.
• Quick on feet: adapt fast to changing situations.

• Reliability – show up on time, every time.
• 6+ months experience in customer service or retail.
• Basic leadership skills (even from school, sports, or other activities).
• Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures.
• Some weekend availability (our busiest times).
• Must be 18+ with background check ability.

EDGE Express Car Wash is a leading provider of express car wash services in the region. We offer a supportive work environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Monday – Sunday (full‑time team members must work some weekends).

7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

• Working outdoors, including summer heat and winter cold.
• Standing for long periods; no chairs on the lot.
• Jogging/running to assist customers.
• Lifting, pushing or pulling 40lbs or more.
