• Proactively greet and welcome every customer, creating a welcoming environment.
• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products and make personalized recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enhance product knowledge by staying current with nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.
• Support store management with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and maintaining store appearance.

• Must stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand-to-finger motions.
• Lift up to 20 pounds routinely and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Use a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.
• Work temperatures range from 50–85°F, especially in stock room areas.
• Possibly work nights, mornings, weekends, and major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
