We’re looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to support our store team. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you’ll help create a great customer experience, assist in daily operations, and support sales goals. Your knowledge of fandom will be valuable in training new team members and engaging with customers.

• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits.
• Support store leadership by stepping in when needed and helping with daily tasks.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process transactions and promote sales using your fandom knowledge.
• Understand sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Assist with store layout and merchandising updates.
• Communicate trends and customer preferences to management.

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
