Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during each shift, maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, profitability, and communication with the next shift.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning, monitoring performance, maintaining standards, monitoring safety, and helping departments achieve their goals.
