• Provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, ensuring efficient workflow and growth of team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments and reviewing records.
• Contribute to a positive culture through training, feedback, and upholding high standards.

• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• Current state veterinary technician license (LVT) in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• Calm, efficient approach in fast‑paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and passion for teamwork.
• Preferable one year of veterinary experience.
