Welder​/Fabricator - 2nd Shift

We are looking for talented and team-oriented experienced Welder/Metal Fabricators that thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Structureworks sells pergolas and outdoor structures that are designed and manufactured at our Fredericksburg, VA factory. This position works in a fabrication role, producing components for our structures. You will be working with a team of hard-working fabricators to make the highest-quality outdoor structures in North America.

The pace is often fast; if you like to keep busy and are motivated to do well, this could be the perfect position for you.

Full Time, Permanent

Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 11:30PM

$23 - $28/Hour

Two or more years performing the responsibilities listed below

Legally authorized to work in the US

Safe, honest, and hardworking

• Cut, form, & fabricate using shear, miter saw, drill press, & band saw
• Log production progress & material usage
• Maintain an organized work center
• General material handling & other duties as needed

• A minimum of two years experience with MIG & TIG welding
• Proficient in tooling setup & general fabrication practices for aluminum
• Proficient in reading & interpreting complex shop drawings
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
