We are looking for a hard-charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast-growing facility in Fredericksburg, VA. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Responsibilities- Supervise all branch sales, administrative and service personnel.
- Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.
- Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
- Supervise the organization to ensure adherence to Kaeser’s operational guidelines.
- Assist all other Kaeser departments in maintaining a clear, customer-focused experience for all.
- HS Diploma (required); college degree (preferred).
- 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor sales, service and office staff.
- Clean driving record (required).
- Computer skills (required).
- SAP experience is a plus.
