We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Facility Custodian for our Fredericksburg location.

• Ensure the inside of the building is kept professional and sanitized by cleaning, dusting, taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables.
• Clean mirrors and windows.
• Stock supplies for coffee and copier stations, supply closets and other office areas as needed.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests in a timely and professional manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High degree of professionalism.
• General knowledge of office cleaning.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Regular physical attendance at worksite.
