Hotel Maintenance Engineer-Part time position

Now Hiring - a Part-time Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Engineer who will work approximately 25 hours a week at the Sleep Inn Fredericksburg, VA. The Maintenance Engineer will demonstrate the ability to work independently, diagnose, and repair various issues. Responsibilities include performing quarterly preventative maintenance in guest rooms, conducting major mechanical inspections and repairs, and maintaining other equipment. Additional duties may involve general upkeep of the building exterior, administration of the hotel's risk management program, and monitoring outside contractors and their staff.

Ensuring guest security and safety is a top priority for CUSA, LLC, and the Maintenance Engineer plays a key role in providing a safe environment for all guests. The role involves completing job duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. This position oversees the 78-room Courtyard by Marriott. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overall property maintenance, including preventative maintenance in guestrooms, pool maintenance and chemical balancing, and general building upkeep.

Candidates MUST HAVE a maintenance background including general plumbing, electrical, and building repair experience. Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
