We are seeking a Transporter for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. • Safely transports patients to assigned areas, maintaining patient privacy and dignity, according to HIPPA regulations throughout the entire hospital.
• Cleans transport equipment daily and ensures equipment is placed in designated areas. Follows schedule for the replacement of empty oxygen tanks.
• Participates in PI processes.
• Maintains integrity of hospital environment. Follows hospital Safety and Universal Precaution policy and procedures.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, peers, supervisors, and departments served.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor on a daily basis.

• Preferred - Prior experience as transporter.

• Required - BLS for Healthcare Providers through AHA or CPR through American Red Cross
