Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization with a nationwide hybrid care model and a commitment to supporting clinicians in delivering exceptional care.

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week
• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team
• Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in Virginia
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Up to $103,600, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week
