Physical Therapist (PT) - Spotsylvania County
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in Spotsylvania County.
Responsibilities- Perform in-home PT evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
- Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, and balance
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete timely documentation and collaborate with care teams
- Supervise PTA as applicable
- Licensed Physical Therapist – Virginia
- Minimum 3 Years PT Experience (home health preferred)
- EMR experience (Well Sky/Kinnser or Homecare Homebase preferred)
- OASIS experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
