Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA);
Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply. - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record
- Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience

Job Types: Full-time
Compass is hiring full-time salaried LBA/BCBA supervisors. Ideal candidates will have direct experience working with children and/or adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities; supervisory experience is highly preferred.
