Automotive F&I Manager

Overview

Automotive F&I Manager – MYCAR is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as Automotive Finance Manager. The Automotive Finance Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining all aspects of financial analysis related to MYCAR’s vehicle sourcing programs, as well as supporting MYCAR’s relationships with key industry partners. You will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

• Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals.
• Generate finance income on all sold customers.
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
• Contract or collect all money at closing.
• Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
• Maintain a working knowledge of leases.
• Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
• Solicit extended warranty sales.
• Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

• Previous automotive Finance experience.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Economics, Statistics, or Finance is required.
• or 5 years of auto finance experience.
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of statistics and regression analysis.
• Introductory programming course completion is preferred.
