Assistant Branch Manager – Regional Finance (Regional Management Corp.)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate office cash with proper security.
• Grow account volume through effective customer solicitations in the branch and by telephone.
• Minimize delinquent debt by contacting customers and collecting past‑due accounts.
• Track, post all payments and fees to customer accounts in accordance with Company policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in a sales/retail or cash‑management environment.
• Must pass drug screening, criminal background check and credit background check.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable automobile and liability insurance.

Working Conditions

This position is office‑based, providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Overtime may be required on an as‑needed basis at the discretion of upper management.
