• Experience in cesarean and operative vaginal deliveries

• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to perform in 24‑hour in‑house shifts (5‑8 shifts per month)
• Exposure to high‑volume OB emergency settings (≈10 cases daily)
