Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences? Our growing Pediatric Dental office is looking for a dedicated practice administrator to join our family. We are a warm and welcoming pediatric dental office dedicated to creating the best and most positive experiences for children and their families. Our team is committed to compassionate care, and we need a Practice administrator who shares our passion for making every visit special.
We are looking for someone who can treat our office as their own.
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and train office staff, including receptionists and dental assistants.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and appointment management.
- Manage and oversee billing, AR, insurance verification, and patient payments.
- Manage vendor relationships
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and child-friendly office environment.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Be creative and organize Team-building activities
- Maintain Office compliance requirements
- Proven experience as an office manager in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in a pediatric office is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and parents.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of dental office software (Open Dental) and patient management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance billing and coding is preferred.
