** About the Role
** We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Event Assistant to join our Special Events team! This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who’s passionate about creating memorable experiences and helping others bring their events to life.

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both private and public events at the stadium. You’ll serve as the on-site contact during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly, solving challenges as they arise, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Serve as the day-of event lead, managing on-site logistics and client needs during events.
* Ensure all stadium policies and procedures are followed by clients, vendors, and guests.
* Assist with stadium tours, new booking coordination, and event preparation (including setting up furniture, signage, and supplies).
* Contribute to social media and marketing efforts by capturing event content and supporting event promotions.
* Provide excellent customer service and represent the venue in a professional, positive manner.
** Qualifications
* ** A strong passion for events and hospitality.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
* Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
* Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality preferred (but not required).
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok) a plus.
* Must be comfortable with light physical work such as moving tables, chairs, and décor items.
