The company work across the Civil & Land development sectors of construction. They are looking to grow their team & are seeking an experienced Estimator, that has worked on Ground up & Civils based projects. They will be looking for someone that communicates well & has an excellent technical understanding of project supervision, along with the desire to progress into further leadership positions.

In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of subcontractors and liaising with the PM, Preconstruction Manager & design team. The role will involve Risk analysis, compiling bids for work, establish cost expectations & establish & maintain tendering process.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator within Land development, drainage, grading & demolition sectors. This candidate will ideally be looking for a role that is team focused with development opportunities and you will want to further your career and increase responsibility over time as a vital part of the growing business.

• Cost analysis & management
