Lead Foreman - Civil
$80,000 - $100,000 (including progression, 401k, insurance, and vehicle). Fredericksburg, VA.
Excellent opportunity for a Foreman or Site Supervisor to play a key role in a company that delivers large‑scale heavy civil, earthworks, and utilities projects. The firm prides itself on a culture of learning, progression, and leadership development.
The Role- Assist in overseeing field personnel, monitor daily and weekly schedules, identify and solve problems.
- Plan and coordinate construction activities, working with the superintendent.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Experience in land clearing or utilities construction.
- Previous experience leading on‑site construction.
- Willingness to step up and contribute to the company’s future growth.
