The team plays at Virginia Credit Union Stadium, which opened in 2021 and is considered one of the top ballparks in all of Minor League Baseball.

** Position Summary
** The Fredericksburg Nationals are seeking a highly motivated Partnership Department Intern for the 2025 season. This individual will assist with partnership activation, outreach, sales support, and game-day operations. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in sports partnerships, business operations, and the daily functions of a Minor League Baseball front office.

This is a seasonal position running from January through September, with a flexible work schedule. Candidates must be available for all home games and special events during the season.
** Responsibilities
* ** Generate new business leads for corporate partnerships
* Conduct cold calls to prospective business clients
* Maintain accurate and organized information in CRM
* Support partnership activation and fulfillment
* Assist with game day operations, including tarp pulls
* Help prepare partnership recaps, summaries, and supporting materials
* Communicate professionally with partners, fans, and internal departments
* Support special events and team initiatives across departments
* Contribute to creating an exceptional experience for partners and guests
** Qualifications
* ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Desire to start a career in sports or entertainment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing needs
