Automotive Parts Counter Personat Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg

Parts Counter Person is the ideal position for an energetic individual who has a passion for automotive parts. In this role, you will supply service technicians with parts, assist customers with questions regarding parts for their vehicles, run the parts sales process from start to finish, make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order, research parts information through the parts catalog, work with parts manager to ensure correct parts are being billed out and stock inventory is accurate, and understand that excellent customer service is the key to success!!!
