Road Mechanic:
The role performs preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize downtime. Fleet varies by location but primarily includes Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, and equipment. Specialty lines locations may have large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management
• Collaborate with a safety-focused team in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or Oil & Gas) strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (age 21+, CDL may be required in some locations)

• May need to provide mechanic's tools of the trade
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job.

• Base Pay Range: $22.40 - $30.80
• Starting pay varies by position, location, education, training, and experience
